Preparation
- Wash fresh blueberries thoroughly under cool water and pat dry.
- In a blender, combine washed blueberries and blend until smooth.

- Chill martini glass in the freezer.
- Optionally, rub a lemon slice around the rim of the glass and dip it in sugar.
Mixing
- Fill a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice.
- Pour vodka, limoncello, blueberry puree, and lemon juice into the shaker.
- Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds.
Serving
- Double strain the mixture into the chilled glass.
- Garnish with fresh blueberries or a lemon twist.
Notes
If you have leftover blueberry puree, store it in an airtight container for up to one week. You can use it in various recipes such as smoothies and pancakes. Enjoy the martini fresh, but if prepared ahead, mix vodka, limoncello, and lemon juice and refrigerate, adding blueberry puree just before serving.
