- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and self-rising flour until combined. Use a fork to avoid getting your hands messy. It will seem crumbly at first, but keep mixing until it forms a shaggy dough.
- Knead the dough until smooth, adding a little extra flour if the dough feels sticky.
- Divide the dough into equal portions and shape them into bagels.
- Place bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Brush the tops with the whisked egg and sprinkle on your choice of toppings.
Cooking
- Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Rotate your baking sheet halfway through baking for even results. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week, or freeze for three months.
