Ingredients
  

For the Dough
  • cup all-purpose gluten-free flour Feel free to substitute with regular all-purpose flour if not gluten-free.
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 scoop (30g) unflavored protein powder
  • Pinch salt
  • cup plain unsweetened Greek yogurt A dairy-free yogurt can be used for a dairy-free option.
  • 10 tsp cream cheese Approximately 1 tsp per bite.
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten Optional, for egg wash.
For Topping
  • to taste Everything But The Bagel seasoning Generously sprinkle on top for flavor.

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
  2. Gradually mix in plain Greek yogurt to form a sticky dough.
  3. Lightly flour your surface and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
  4. Flatten each ball slightly and add 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center.
  5. Seal each ball back up and reshape into perfect little spheres.
  6. Brush with egg wash or spray with oil.
  7. Generously sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
Cooking
  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
  2. Air fry the bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
  1. Let cool slightly and enjoy warm, family-style.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, air fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
