Preparation
- In a mixing bowl, combine gluten-free flour, baking powder, protein powder, and salt.
- Gradually mix in plain Greek yogurt to form a sticky dough.
- Lightly flour your surface and divide the dough into 10 equal pieces. Roll each piece into a ball.
- Flatten each ball slightly and add 1 tsp of cream cheese in the center.
- Seal each ball back up and reshape into perfect little spheres.
- Brush with egg wash or spray with oil.
- Generously sprinkle Everything But The Bagel seasoning on top.
Cooking
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F for 5 minutes.
- Air fry the bagel bites for 5–6 minutes until golden brown.
Serving
- Let cool slightly and enjoy warm, family-style.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. To reheat, air fry at 350°F for 2–3 minutes.
