  • 2 cloves garlic, minced Adjust amount based on your love for garlic.
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari Tamari is a gluten-free option.
  • 1 tsp sesame oil Adds a nice nutty flavor.
  • 1/2 tsp ground ginger Fresh ginger can be used for a more robust flavor.

  1. In a large skillet, heat sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add ground pork or chicken and cook until browned, stirring occasionally to break up the meat.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.
  4. Stir in coleslaw mix, green onions, soy sauce, ginger, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cook until the cabbage is tender, about 5 minutes, stirring frequently.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Best served family-style. Add a toppings bar with green onions, sesame seeds, or chili flakes for customization. Stores well in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
