Preparation
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine peanut butter and chocolate chips. If desired, add vegetable oil for a smoother mixture.
- Microwave on high in 30-second intervals, stirring in between, until melted and smooth.
- Once melted, stir in the corn flakes until fully coated.
- Drop mounds of the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, shaping each mound as desired.
- Top each mound with mini chocolate eggs, pressing them gently into the mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until set.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
These haystacks can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week. They can be made ahead of time for busy family moments.
