Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese, self-rising flour, egg, honey, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until a dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four equal pieces and shape each piece into a bagel by forming a ring.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds or everything bagel seasoning on top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Make a double batch as these bagels disappear quickly. You can mix in herbs, use them as a pizza base, or experiment with different toppings.
