  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Adjust to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder Adjust to taste
  • Milk or dill pickle juice (to taste) For desired consistency

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, blend the cottage cheese until smooth using a hand mixer or food processor.
  2. Mix in the dill, parsley, garlic powder, and onion powder.
  3. If a thinner texture is desired, gradually add milk or dill pickle juice until the desired consistency is reached.
  4. Serve with chips and veggies, arranging the dippers around the bowl.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. Reheat in the microwave or oven.
